Meet Brianna
I guide people on a journey of deep healing—supporting them as they release what’s weighing them down, reconnect with their bodies, and rebuild a sense of inner safety. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals and communities impacted by addiction and trauma, creating safe spaces where they can move beyond survival, address the root causes of their pain, and remember their inherent wholeness.
My approach is rooted in compassion and the belief that healing begins with safety, connection, and a return to the self. Together, we cultivate transformation from the inside out—regulating the nervous system, strengthening inner resources, deepening awareness, and awakening resilience.

My Approach
My work integrates trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and sound healing to create spaces where the body can remember safety, resilience, and connection. I believe in the body’s innate wisdom-its natural ability to unwind tension, process emotion, and gently release what it’s been holding.
Trauma can live in the body as patterns of protection. Through attuned movement, breath, and sound, we invite those patterns to soften, making space for new experiences of safety and ease. This process isn’t about revisiting the past- it’s about supporting the body in releasing what no longer serves, one breath at a time.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, sense deeply, and build capacity- expanding what feels possible in your nervous system and your life. Through compassionate guidance and embodied practice, you learn to listen inwardly, regulate through sensation, and access states of calm and grounded aliveness.
This is not about striving to be better- it’s about learning to be with yourself in new, nurturing ways.
For Adults
People come to this work for many reasons—often when something inside is asking for relief, reconnection, or renewal.
You may be…
-
In recovery—whether early, long-term, or somewhere in between—and learning to rebuild trust in your body, regulate emotions, manage triggers, and create new pathways of safety and resilience
-
Carrying the weight of chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout
-
Feeling disconnected from your body, emotions, or sense of self
-
Longing for a deeper sense of safety, grounding, or belonging within
-
Moving through grief, loss, or major life transitions
-
Seeking tools to regulate your nervous system and find steadier ground
-
Ready to release patterns of tension, conditioning, or trauma held in the body
-
Wanting practices that help you return to yourself with more clarity and compassion
Wherever you are on your journey—especially if you’re in recovery—there is no “wrong” place to begin. Healing is a gradual returning, a re-inhabiting of the self. It unfolds at your pace, with gentleness, presence, and the belief that real change begins with feeling safe enough to breathe again.
For Youth
Young people today are holding so much—stress, pressure, identity shifts, big emotions, and the impact of a rapidly changing world. This space offers support, connection, and practical tools they can carry into daily life.
They may be…
-
Navigating anxiety, worry, or overwhelming emotions
-
Struggling with confidence, self-esteem, or identity
-
Feeling the pressure of school, friendships, or family challenges
-
Carrying stress in their bodies without knowing how to release it
-
Needing tools to focus, calm, or regulate in moments of intensity
-
Wanting a safe, nonjudgmental environment to move, breathe, and connect
-
Recovering from difficult experiences or transitions
-
Exploring healthier coping strategies or receiving early support around substance use
-
Seeking additional support if they’re in recovery or rebuilding trust in themselves
This work gives young people a place to feel supported, understand their bodies and emotions, and develop skills for resilience, grounding, and self-trust. Early intervention and compassionate care can help them navigate challenges before patterns become deeply rooted—and for those already in recovery, these practices can become powerful tools for healing and rebuilding.
My sound bowl journey with Bri was such a beautiful experience. In our small group, she created a warm and safe space that allowed me to fully relax and let go. The sounds and vibrations felt deeply restorative, leaving me calm and centered.
I absolutely loved the sound healing ceremony. Bri was very warm and her presence felt very inviting. It was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend Bri and her services to anyone seeking healing or just some relaxation.
Bri’s sound bath brought deep relaxation in a sweet and supportive atmosphere- I felt the loosening of tension and tightness in my body progressing throughout the session!
